Is FixMob right for my school?
From K-12 to higher education, FixMob is made for any school that wants to provide a better experience for its faculty and students. FixMob works great for campuses with as few as 300 students or as many as 30,000 students.
How is FixMob priced?
Our pricing structure is very simple. Organizations pay monthly (or annually for a discount) for FixMob service. The service fee is tiered based on the number of students at your school. See our pricing page for more detail.
I already have a maintenance work order system - why should I consider FixMob?
Almost all of our customers have a work order system that they use internally. FixMob provides a great replacement to the frustrating reporting processes (phone calls, emails, front desk visits) that occurs before work orders are placed into workflow management systems. Most times, the internal work order management process doesn’t change with FixMob.
How are “admin users” different than “ reporting users”?
“Admin users” are part of an organization receiving, monitoring, and managing notifications of reported maintenance issues. “Reporting users” use FixMob to report maintenance issues and are not receiving notification and managing the reports. There is no charge for “reporting users”.

How does my team set up how to see notifications?

What platforms are supported?
Currently to make the app as simple and cost effective as possible, we support iOS (Apple) and Android devices, generally including devices two generations older than current versions.
